Frustration -> Idea -> Sales Caddy
Sales Caddy came about from a trifecta of problems all of us have been experiencing for years – stemming from note taking during business calls. We were tired of jumping from call to call, not 100% focusing on the customer in order to take notes, re-writing and summarizing said notes so that we (and others) could understand them, and the inability to update our CRMs in a timely manner.
